Boot Camp
Boot camp is a back-to-the-basics strength and cardio training workout utilizing fitness equipment that is designed to help improve your cardiovascular endurance as well as help strengthen your entire body.
30 minutes of total core strength and stability exercises utilizing the BOSU, gliders, resistance tubes, balls, and more.
Leg Day
This muscle conditioning class focuses on the lower body – quads, hamstrings, glutes, and core.
Power DAZE
Combine our cardio dance class DAZE with strength exercises for a total body workout.
Power Trip
This is a 50 min high-intensity circuit training class led by our nationally certified personal trainers.  This class is the perfect collaboration of personal training and group exercise. This class is only at the Witt Center.
TBT (Total Body Training)
Condition your entire body! This is a strength training class utilizing dumbbells, body bars, resistance tubes, balls, gliders and more.
