University Recreation Guest Fee Information

Guest Passes have been suspended until further notice.

Daily guest fees for the Student Recreation Center, Parker-Haun Tennis Facility, Robert E. Witt Student Activity Center, Aquatic Center, and Outdoor Pool Complex are $10 per person, per day. Rain checks and refunds are not offered.

A picture ID is required to purchase a guest pass and all guests must be at least 16 years of age for all facilities except the OPC.

The guest pass allows access to all UREC facilities for the day of purchase; however, your receipt and photo ID are required upon entry to each facility.

All members and/or guests of University Recreation must complete a Release of Liability, Assumption of the Risk, and Indemnification Agreement. This form is to be signed by each Participant 18 years of age or older. If the participant is under the age of 18, a Parent/Guardian must execute this document and by signing, certifies that they are over the age of 18.

The guest pass allows access to all UREC facilities for the day of purchase: however, you must have your receipt and photo ID upon entry.

Upgrade a purchased Guest Pass to UREC Membership

  • You can credit your guest pass purchase towards a UREC Membership within 5 business days of your purchase. After this time period, we can no longer apply the value of the guest pass purchase towards a membership.
  • The guest purchasing the upgrade must be the same guest who was named on the guest pass. Present your guest receipt at the UREC Membership Office in the Student Recreation Center (we may be able to look up lost receipts, but this is not guaranteed). Guest over 16 years of age must be present at the time of upgrade.
  • Only one guest pass purchase can be applied to a membership upgrade. A guest pass can only be upgraded to a membership that is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the guest pass. No refunds will be given.
  • VIP or other free guest passes are not eligible for the upgrade.

Outdoor Pool Complex

In addition to the information above, the following items are required for children at the OPC.
