Archived virtual fitness classes

Group Ex Schedule: September 15 – November 20

Due to social distancing guidelines, our class capacities have changed drastically. To ensure your spot in a class please register online through the UREC member portal. Registration opens 48 hours in advance, securing your spot in the class until 5 minutes before class begins. Standby participants (those who did not register online) may be let into the class if there are spots open 5 minutes before class begins. View our Registration Tutorial to learn how to get started.

If you don’t have a MyBama log in, please contact the Membership Office at 205-348-5140 to enable your access to the UREC member portal.

No registration is required for virtual classes with the exception of DAZE. The Zoom link for DAZE will be sent in the email receipt upon checkout.

* Participants taking yoga and Pilates classes must provide their own yoga mats. Mats can be purchased at the SRC Front Desk.

Class Descriptions

Cardio

Test and challenge your physical endurance with heart-pumping exercises in a variety of class formats. Whether you want to dance, jump, kick, or cycle, we have the perfect class focusing on boosting cardiovascular endurance and stamina.

Mind-Body

Supplement your fitness routine by centering your intention on flexibly, balance, and mindfulness. We offer various forms of yoga and mat Pilates to strengthen your body and relax your mind.

Strength

Whether you want to work your upper body, lower body or core, our strength classes will increase your muscular strength and endurance. Our classes combine all elements of strength including body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells and more.
