University Recreation is excited to announce the Student Recreation Center (SRC) will open on July 15, 2020. The SRC will be open every day from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. until further notice.
Our team has been busy developing plans to ensure patron and employee safety. We have used our downtime to disinfect all surfaces, implement upgrades and improvements.

Whether you want to work your upper body, lower body or core, our strength classes will increase your muscular strength and endurance. Our classes combine all elements of strength including body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells and more.
