HBG (Hips, Butts, & Guts)- This muscle conditioning class focuses on the lower body – quads, hamstrings, glutes, and core.
TBS (Total Body Sculpt)- Condition your entire body! This is a strength training class utilizing dumbbells, body bars, resistance tubes, balls, gliders and more.
