Postures will be held for longer periods of time with the support of bolsters, blocks, and other props.

- A form of hatha yoga that focuses on slower, softer and more nurturing movements great for all populations and fitness levels. This class is perfect for beginners.
- Mat Pilates
- This mat-based class is a variation of Joseph Pilates traditional work with a contemporary twist. This format is designed to lengthen, strengthen, and balance the body. With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proved invaluable as a fitness endeavor. Pilate’s Rings, bands and foam rollers may be incorporated.
