Aqua DAZE- It’s a pool party!  Enjoy DAZE (our cardio dance class) in the Outdoor Pool Complex.  Last class is on 9/2.

DAZE- Lose your mind in this cardio dance class that combines cardio intervals and popular dance moves for a fun cardio workout.

Deep Water Fitness- Cardiovascular exercises are performed in deep water. A buoyancy belt is worn to free your arms and legs to perform larger movements. You must be comfortable in deep water.This class is at the Aquatic Center only.

HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a type of cardio in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. This class is only 30 minutes.

Hip Hop –  Come learn the fundamentals of hip-hop dance. Let us test your skills with creative choreography sure to get your heart pumping.

Indoor Cycling- Why ride alone? Come inside and cycle your way through cardio challenges, varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat sprints and more. Easy to follow – tough to finish!

Kickboxing- This high-energy class combines kicks, punches, conditioning and agility moves for a hard-core, non-contact workout.

Step Express- This is a 40-minute Step class and a great way to fit a workout in to your busy schedule.

Water Fitness- This fun, non-impact, Shallow water workout challenges and improves cardiovascular endurance and strength. (swimming skills are NOT necessary).
