The University of Alabama Men’s Soccer Club is comprised of University of Alabama students and faculty. We participate in soccer related events in order to promote the sport throughout the university campus, the City of Tuscaloosa, and the State of Alabama. Members strive for excellence in performance, teamwork, and education. We compete against soccer clubs from other universities throughout the Southeast. We participate in the Southeast Collegiate Soccer Alliance League against teams in our region with the goal of qualifying for the regional tournament and ultimately for the national tournament. Tryouts are held at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters. Member dues cover league fees, equipment, and uniforms. Along with practices and games, members are required to participate in community service events, in fundraising opportunities, and in supporting other University of Alabama Sport Clubs.

How to Get Involved:  We host tryouts at the beginning of each semester. The team tries to hold a roster of 21-24 players. We look for people who have been playing competitive soccer throughout high school/college. We are a competitive club who strives to win. The team is very close off the field as well and enjoys hanging out together.
