Crimson Tide Masters Swim is an adult swimming program registered with U.S. Masters Swimming. The program is open to swimmers age 18 and older for fitness swimmers, triathletes, and competitive swimmers. Experienced coaches provide group instruction and guidance to help swimmers improve their technique and in a manner that leads them toward their own personal goals. The program provides a team atmosphere for a healthy, fun lifestyle, and camaraderie with friends. The social aspects of exercise are an important consideration to overall health and fitness. Swimmers may compete as desired in local and regional meets and practices will be focused on proper stroke technique and race endurance. Attendance is based around each athlete’s schedule.
