DAZE– Lose your mind this cardio dance class that combines cardio intervals, popular dance moves, and fitness for a fun cardio workout.

Deep Water Fitness- Cardiovascular exercises are performed in deep water. A buoyancy belt is worn to free your arms and legs to perform larger movements. Must be comfortable in deep water. This class is at the Aquatic Center.

Step Express- This is a 40 minute Step class and a great way to fit a workout in to your busy schedule.
