NEW: UA employee must fill out payroll deduction form--spouse and dependents ARE NOT ALLOWED to sign payroll deduction form.
A couple membership consists of the faculty/staff member plus 1 person over the age
of 16.
Family membership consists of the faculty/staff member plus a spouse or significant other, and dependent children ages 16-23. All family members must reside in the same household and proof of residence may be requested.
Faculty/Staff must maintain their membership for 3 consecutive months.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: To stop payroll deduction, a payroll deduction form must be completed at the SRC membership office by the 6th of each month otherwise the fee will be deducted from the current month's paycheck. When canceling your membership please note
that privileges are revoked immediately.
* During the Fall and Spring Semesters, dependents ages 4-15 and
under can utilize the Student Recreation Center Complex (tennis courts, Student Recreation Center and Outdoor Pool) during family hours (Friday-Sunday) at no additional charge.
However, during the summer months, dependents must be added
to your membership in order to gain access to the outdoor pool for a fee of $38 per child.
