How to get a Membership at Student Recreation Center Complex

Print and fill out the following forms:

Student Recreation Center Membership Application Form

2011 SRC Membership Renewal Form

PAR-Q-Form

Payroll Deduction Form

2011-2012 UA Patron Parking Registration form

You can complete your membership in two ways:

1. Complete your membership application on the web and with your payment mail to: Membership Coordinator, Box 870373, Tuscaloosa, AL 35487.
Exception: Only Faculty/Staff must complete the payroll deduction form and may fax their information to 348-5192 or send via campus mail to Box 870373.

2. Come by the membership office anytime. SRC membership office is located in the main atrium of the Student Recreation Center, which is located on 5th Avenue East, by the tennis courts and soccer complex.
The membership office is open Monday-Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm, and Friday 7:00am-4:45pm.

Currently enrolled students at The University of Alabama, pay the recreation fee in their tuition.

 

University Aquatic Center memberships:

Aquatic Center membership office is located in the main lobby of the Aquatic Center, which is located on the corner of Hackberry Lane and Bryant Drive. The membership office is open M-F from 8:00am-4:45pm.

Currently enrolled full-time students at The University of Alabama, pay the recreation fee in their tuition.

You can complete your membership in two ways:

1. Complete your membership application on the web and with your payment mail to: Membership Coordinator, Box 870387, Tuscaloosa, AL 35487. Exception: Faculty/Staff must complete the membership process at the Membership office by completing a payroll deduction form.
