Captain's Meeting
All captains' meetings take place before the beginning of the season or tournament depending on the layout of the sport/event. These meetings are very informative giving team captains or individual participants all the information they need know in order to participate in that particular sport. Policies, procedures, and certain sport specific rules will be presented so that all team captains can relay the information to the rest of their teams. If you are the captain and are unable to attend the meeting, please send another member from your team to benefit the rest of your members.

Don't Get Caught with an Ejected/Ineligible Player on Your Team
Nearly 60 IM participants have been ejected from a game or match over the past four years and have yet to clear up the ejection. That has earned them a place on our "Banned for Life" list for all Intramural Sports. Are you or a potential teammate part of the list? Call or check the Ineligible Player List to be sure. Teams that play with an banned for life player are subject to immediate removal from an IM league. See the Reinstatement Procedures in the Intramural Handbook to learn how to become eligible again for future Intramural Sports.
