The University of Alabama, University Recreation Aquatics Crimson Tide Masters Swimming

Dear Adult Swimming Enthusiast,
Thank you for your interest in our Masters Swim program.  The program is designed for fitness swimmers, tri-athletes and other adults interested in receiving quality coaching in a positive, social atmosphere.  University Recreation Aquatics coaching staff will be conducting the Masters Swim program.
The goal of the Masters Swim program is to connect swimming enthusiasts together where we provide a workout to fit the needs of adult participants.  Our program will serve those looking for fitness ideas, stroke tips, coach led practices, and opportunities for competition.  Most Sports Psychologists report that the benefits of exercise are enhanced in a setting with other participants, and through Masters Swim we have adopted the concept of "Make a Friend-Bring a Friend".  The social aspects of exercise are an important consideration to overall health and fitness.
